Saderat Niro Khaleej Fars Kish Company (private shares) was registered in Kish Free Zone Companies and Industrial Property Registration Office on 11/12/1379 and the legal place of the company is in Kish Island. According to the resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly dated 25/03/1400, the capital of the company was decided to increase from the amount of two hundred billion Rials to two thousand billion Rials from the current claims and the accumulated profits and cash contributions of the shareholders in two stages, which on 04/09/ 1400, the increase of the company's capital in the first stage from the amount of two hundred billion Rials to one thousand billion Rials was registered in the Companies Registration Office with the intellectual property of Kish Island.
Niro Investment Company owns 100% of the shares of Saderat Niro Export Company, Persian Gulf, Kish, and is in charge of the management of the said company.
