North & south Energy Development

North and South Energy Development Company was established in November 2013 with an initial capital of 200 billion Rials. The current capital of the company is 2.497 billion rials.

The mission of this company is to build and operate Arian Zanjan combined cycle power plant with a nominal capacity of 546 MW, with 2 gas units (183 MW each) and 1 steam unit with a capacity of 180 MW in Zanjan province. In line with the implementation of the plan, at the end of 2018, the opening of credit for the purchase of power plant equipment has been done and the project implementation activities have begun. On 12/29/1400, the project has progressed about 55% and from the LC site, the amount of about 86 million euros has been paid to the contractor, and the amount of about 20 million euros of the other invoice of the contractor is in the payment stage.

On 10/03/1401, the first gas unit (183 MW) was launched and synchronized with the national electricity network. The nominal production capacity of this gas unit from the date of synchronization until the end of 1401 is about 1.3 billion kilowatt hours and the practical production capacity until the end of 1401 is about 1.08 billion kilowatt hours.
On 03/18/1401, the second gas unit (183 megawatts) of Arian Zanjan power plant was launched and synchronized with the national electricity grid. The nominal production capacity of this gas unit until the end of 1401 is about 1.3 billion kilo units per hour, and the practical production capacity is By the end of 1401, it is about 1.08 billion kilowatt hours.

According to the resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly of North and South Energy Development Company dated 07/01/1400, it was decided to increase the capital of the company from the amount of 744.500 million Rials to 3.997.965 million Rials from the current claims and cash receipts in two stages. that on 06/06/1400, the first stage of capital increase from the amount of 744.500 million Rials to 2.497.855 million Rials was registered in the Companies Registration Office.
