He continued: Within the next few days, with the solution of the gas supply problem of the Arian power plant by the Zanjan gas company and the gasification of the power plant's dedicated line, we hope to see the synchronization of both gas units of this power plant with a time interval of 10 days after performing the tests and commissioning processes.

This responsible official pointed out that the construction of the Arian Zanjan power plant is in line with the development of electricity production in the northwest of the country and responding to the growth of electricity consumption in the region by using Map2B gas turbines made by Mapna and with an efficiency of 54% is on the agenda.

The manager of the private power plant project of the thermal power company counted the capacity of this combined cycle power plant as 546 megawatts and said: This complex has two gas units of 183 megawatts and one steam unit of 180 megawatts. The project is being implemented by the North and South Energy Development Company.

Spanani stated that the amount of investment in this project is about 290 million euros and noted: The Arian combined cycle power plant (Zanjan 2) is being built 80 km from the Zanjan highway to Tabriz and near Choruk Alia village.
